The Mpatamanga Hydro Power Project (MHPP) has developed a draft Resettlement Policy Framework (RPF) that is currently available for stakeholder consultation. This document is available on this page and on the Ministry of Energy website. Presentations prepared to support RPF consultation and disclosure meetings held during mid-late September 2024 are saved on this page under the RPF Disclosure Communications Materials heading.

Prior to this, an update on the Project’s land acquisition and resettlement approach and timing was included in the July 2024 ESIA Disclosure presentation saved here.

Relevant information is also included in the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and Environmental and Social Management and Monitoring Plan (ESMMP) (31st July 2024 version) saved here.
